# Subscription cancellation notifications

> Receive notifications when a customer cancels their subscription.

If you're using Stripe and wish to receive **subscription cancellation notifications** when a customer changes their payment information (e.g., cancels their subscription), update your customer **Subscription & Payments Email Notifications** in your **Account Settings**.

  These notifications are only applicable to purchases using Stripe for payment processing.

To update this:

1. Select **Settings** from your Dashboard.
2. Locate the **Account** section and click **Notifications & Privacy**.
3. Locate **Customer Subscription & Payments** from the **Email Notifications** section.
4. Check or uncheck notifications as desired.
5. Click **Save** when you are finished.
