The Payment Plan Payments Over Time report displays gross revenue and transaction counts from payment plans. By selecting a date range that extends into the future, you can also view forecasted payments, helping you track both completed and upcoming payments over time. This report is most useful for: * Monitoring total revenue generated from payment plans * Comparing paid vs. upcoming installment payments * Forecasting expected revenue in upcoming months * Tracking customer payment activity by time period ## Data presented Payment Plan Payments ### Charts * **Gross revenue**: Shows the gross amount collected and expected from payment plans over time * **Transactions**: Displays the number of individual payment transactions and expected from payment plans over time The chart uses two color indicators: * **Paid** = Completed payments * **Upcoming** = Forecasted payments ### Data table The data table provides a breakdown of payment activity according your selected interval, including: * **Interval**: The specific interval period (day, week, month, or year) across the time range selected * **Paid gross revenue**: The amount successfully collected * **Upcoming gross revenue**: The amount forecasted but not yet collected * **Total gross revenue**: Paid + upcoming gross revenue * **Paid transactions**: Number of completed transactions * **Upcoming transactions**: Number of forecasted transactions * **Total transactions**: Paid + upcoming transactions ## How to use the report You can refine the report view with the following controls: * **Time range**: Filter payments by period (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date range). By selecting a date range that extends into the future, you can also view forecasted payments, helping you track both completed and upcoming payments over time * **Interval**: Choose how the data is grouped within the selected time range (Day, Week, Month, Year) * **Offer selection**: Choose whether to view data for multiple offers or a specific offer * **Currency selector**: View stats in your preferred currency ## Export information When you export the **Payment plan payments over time** report, the resulting file will include the same columns and reflect any filters you have applied. This ensures the data in the export matches what is displayed in the report: * Month * Paid gross revenue * Upcoming gross revenue * Total gross revenue * Currency * Paid transactions * Upcoming transactions * Total transactions
