# Creator.io settings
> View usage limits, manage your account, and upgrade or downgrade your Creator.io plan.
View your usage limits, manage your account, and adjust your **Creator.io** plan from your Account Settings and Subscription Settings.

### Access Creator.io account settings
* Log into your [Creator.io](http://creator.io) account
* Navigate to the top-right corner to your user icon
* Select your user icon to open your Account Settings:
## Plan summary
### Chatbots
Chatbots are calculated by the total number of chatbots you have in your account.
### Contacts
Contacts are calculated by the total number of contacts all of your chatbots have captured all time.
### Transcription minutes
Transcription minutes are calculated based on the total number of minutes of video that are uploaded as training material to your chatbots. Youtube videos do not count towards your transcription minute counts.
### Total resources used
Resources are calculated by the total number of files, web pages, Youtube vidoes, or course lessons you've uploaded to all of your chatbots combined.
### Total messages used
Total messages used are calculated by the total number of messages all of your chatbots have answered in a billing month. GPT4turbo uses 10 messages per response, GPT3.5 turbo uses 1 message per response.
## Personal info
Update your Creator.io Profile information including your profile picture, first name, last name, and email address.
## Integrations
Integrate your Creator.io Chatbots with third-party applications to help train your chatbots.
For example, you can integrate your Creator.io Chatbots with Kajabi to train your chatbots on specific courses.
## Upgrade/Downgrade
Upgrade or downgrade your plan by visiting your [Subscription and billing](#subscription-and-billing) tab and selecting your desired plan or by clicking **Upgrade** from your Plan Summary:

**How to access your Creator.io subscription and billing section:**
* Log into your [Creator.io](http://creator.io) account
* Navigate to the top-right corner to your user icon
* Select your user icon to open your Account Settings
* Then, open the **Subscription and billing** tab:
## Plan selection
View the available Creator.io plans to select the plan that best fits your business needs. After reviewing the usage limits and features available with each plan, you can select your desired plan directly from your Creator.io account to upgrade or downgrade your current plan.
## Add-ons
Enhance your Creator.io plan with add-ons:
* **Extra message credits**: Purchase additional message credits per month to increase the number of messages allotted for your chatbots
* **Extra resources**: Purchase additional space to upload resources to train your chatbots
* **Remove 'Powered by Creator.io'**: Purchase the ability to remove the Creator.io branding from your chatbot
* **Extra transcription minutes**: Purchase additional transcription minutes per month for video transcriptions uploaded to train your chatbots
## Billing preferences
Update or change your payment method and view your invoices by opening your Billing preferences and invoices.
## Cancel your Creator.io subscription
To cancel your Creator.io subscription:
1. Click on your name on the top right > **Subscription settings**
2. Click **Cancel plan** next to your current plan
3. Click **Confirm cancellation**
