No, the [**MailChimp** integration](/articles/api-integrations/email-integrations/how-to-use-mailchimp-with-kajabi) with Kajabi applies to Opt-ins and Offer Purchases only. Subscription cancellations are not automatically synced to MailChimp. MailChimp integration options This means that when a contact submits a Form to opt-in to your marketing emails or purchases an Offer, their information is sent to your designated MailChimp List. After their information is captured in MailChimp, you can manage your MailChimp List in a way that best fits your business. If a Member cancels their subscription or you manually unsubscribe them in Kajabi, you will need to perform your desired actions for that contact within your MailChimp account.
