# Kajabi public API availability

**Kajabi** offers a public API that enables you to build custom integrations and extend your platform's functionality. This article covers API availability and alternatives for those without API access.

## Public API access

Kajabi has a public API included with the Pro Plan. For those on the Pro Plan, see [Using Kajabi's public API](/articles/api-integrations/public-api/using-kajabis-public-api) to get started.

The public API is also available as a \$25/mo add-on. Reach out to [support@kajabi.com](mailto:support@kajabi.com) to add this to your plan.

## Alternatives without API access

For those on Growth or Pro Plans without public API access, Webhooks provide a similar purpose. Kajabi offers both inbound and outbound Webhooks, allowing you to send and receive information from third-party applications.
