# Understand comment retention after revoking access

> Customer comments in a Product remain unless the contact or comment is manually deleted.

Comments in a Product made by a customer will remain unless the contact or the comment is deleted.

If you [revoke access to an Offer](../../contacts/manage-your-contacts/revoke-product-access-from-a-customer) for the customer, their comments will still remain in the Product unless deleted.
