# Define customer activity

> Understand which actions count as activity on Kajabi and contribute to a customer's last activity info.

## Customer last activity

With Kajabi, view a customer's last activity to gauge engagement with your site. [Manage customer profiles](/articles/contacts/manage-your-contacts/how-to-manage-your-contacts-profiles) for additional details.

### View a customer's last activity

1. Open the **Contacts** tab from your Dashboard.
2. Select the Customer you wish to view.
3. Click **Open Full Profile**.
4. Click the **Info** tab from the Customer's Profile.
5. View the Customer's **last activity at** info:

## Actions considered "Activity"

Activity is registered when a Customer performs an action on your site.

An easy way to think of Activity is when a page load occurs.

This includes:

* [Creating an account](../../sales/offers/what-happens-when-a-customer-purchases-my-offer#h_01EQ1ZA3X2XXC2XKASCYQGV24A) on your site by making a purchase
* [Logging into your site](../../website/pages/how-to-build-your-login-page)
* Opening and refreshing the [Library page](../../website/pages/customizing-your-library-page)
* Opening and refreshing a [Product page](../../products/courses/courses-overview)
* Clicking the Start or Resume Button in a Product
* Clicking Next Module and Next Lesson in a Product
* When the [Customer posts a comment in a Product](../../products/courses/how-to-manage-course-comments#h_4f5e7d3f-c17f-4e8e-a941-fa6f5f0da793)
* When the Customer refreshes a [Product Lesson page](../../products/products-overview/kajabi-products-overview#what-is-a-post)
* Commenting in a Community Product
* Creating a Lesson in a Community Product
* Sending a direct message to another Customer in a Community Product
* "Liking" a Lesson in a Community Product

## Actions not considered "Activity"

This includes when:

* A [Product Lesson video](../../products/products-overview/kajabi-products-overview#what-is-a-post) is played
* A Product Lesson video is completed
* A Product Lesson Downloadable file is clicked
* Embedded content is played
* A [Product Lesson Audio](../../products/courses/how-to-upload-an-audio-file-to-a-product-lesson) is played
* The ["Mark as complete" button](../../courses/courses-faq/how-to-customize-your-course-product-with-premier#h_7f83cba3-9d12-4423-8060-303e96f88408) in a Product Lesson Body is clicked
* A Customer remains in a Product or Lesson page without refreshing
* A [Form is submitted](../../marketing/forms/how-to-view-form-submissions)
* An [Assessment](../../contacts/create-manage-and-share-assessments/create-and-customize-assessments) is completed
* If an Offer is purchased, but the [account credentials are not created](../../sales/offers/what-happens-when-a-customer-purchases-my-offer#h_01EQ1ZA3X2XXC2XKASCYQGV24A)
* An Email Sequence or Email Broadcast is opened or clicked
