# Duplicate an Event

> Duplicate an Event to reuse settings and emails for future events.

After an [Event](../../marketing/events/event-overview) has occurred, it cannot be customized for a future date. Instead, **duplicate** a past Event and edit the Title, Date, and Time to match the upcoming event.

  **Note:**
  Repeat Events cannot be duplicated.

## Duplicate an Event

1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the Dashboard
2. Click **Events**
3. Locate the Event to duplicate
4. Select the **Duplicate** icon
5. Add the Title, Date, Time, and Time zone for the duplicated Event
6. Select **Duplicate Event** to create the Event
