# Maximum Form fields

> Add up to 50 total fields in a single Form and manage up to 50 custom Form fields per site.

You can add up to 50 total fields in a single Form and create up to 50 custom **Form Fields** in your site. This limit applies across all Forms on your site, not per individual Form.
