# Test a Funnel

> Preview and test Funnels to ensure they are designed and functioning as intended.

</div>

Testing your **Funnel** before sharing it ensures that every page, form, and call to action works as intended. Use the preview function and an incognito browser window to catch issues before your audience does.

## Preview a Funnel

The simplest way to make sure your [Funnel](../../marketing/funnels/funnels-in-kajabi) looks and acts as intended is to use the Preview function in the Funnel Editor.

Remember to use the [Funnel Checklist](../../marketing/funnels/how-to-use-the-funnel-checklist) to make sure your Funnel is complete.

1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the Dashboard
2. Click **Funnels**
3. Select the **Funnel** you intend to preview
4. Open the first page of your Funnel
5. Click the **Preview** button in the upper right-hand corner of the page editor
6. If you are using a CTA or similar to trigger the next Funnel step, click your CTA
7. Continue clicking your next Funnel step triggers until you get to the final page of your Funnel

</div>

## Use an incognito window

To fully experience your Funnel, use an incognito or private window in your internet browser.

Using an incognito window ensures that Kajabi will not recognize you as a logged-in admin, so you can view the Funnel as if you were a visitor of your site.

<Tip>
  **Tip:**
  If your Funnel requires a [Form](../../marketing/forms/create-and-build-your-form) to be filled out in order to advance to the next Funnel step, use a different email address than your Kajabi login email address. This way you can receive the intended follow-up email and ensure that aspect of the Funnel is working as intended.
</Tip>

### Open an incognito window in Google Chrome

1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the Dashboard
2. Click **Funnels**
3. Select the Funnel you wish to share or create a new one
4. Navigate to the top right corner of the page
5. Click **Copy Link**
6. In the Chrome browser bar, click **File**, then **New Incognito Window**
7. In the incognito window, paste your **Funnel URL** into the address bar
8. Click through your Funnel pages, making sure to check any [CTAs](../../website/pages/how-to-use-a-call-to-action) or fill out any forms you need to complete to continue to the next Funnel step
9. Continue until you reach the last Funnel step. If the last step is an Offer, purchase the Offer to confirm it works properly

  <iframe src="https://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/sabm9ywm6h" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" allowFullScreen className="w-full h-full" />
</div>

Funnels can end in many different ways — an email address sign-up, an Offer purchase, a prospective client becoming a customer, or event registration.

Whichever route you choose, test your Funnel all the way through to be sure it works as expected before sending the link out to the public.
