# Resolve access issues with the Kajabi Mobile App

> Troubleshoot and resolve common access issues with the Kajabi Mobile App.

If you are having difficulty accessing your Kajabi account through the **Kajabi Mobile App**, the steps below cover the most common fixes — from clearing your cache to resetting your password.

## Clear cache and reinstall the app

Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app can resolve many access issues.

### For iOS

1. Press and hold the app icon on your home screen until it starts to jiggle. Tap the **X** to delete the app.
2. Hold the power button and slide to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn the device back on.
3. Go to the **App Store**, search for *Kajabi*, and reinstall the app.

### For Android

1. Go to **Settings** > **Apps** > **Kajabi** > **Uninstall**.
2. Hold the power button and select **Restart**.
3. Open the **Google Play Store**, search for *Kajabi*, and reinstall the app.

## Verify email and confirm access

Ensure that the email is verified and access has been confirmed through the email link.

1. Log into the email account using a web browser.
2. Check for a confirmation email from Kajabi with a subject like "Confirm Your Email Address."
3. Open the email and click the **Confirm Email Address** button.
4. After confirming, tap **Open Kajabi App** in the email to access the account.

## Reset the password

If you cannot log in, resetting the password might help.

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click **Forgot Password?** and enter the email address, then submit the form.
3. Check the email inbox for a password reset email from Kajabi.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a password.
5. Try logging in again using the email and password in the Kajabi Mobile App.
