# Coaching Product overview
> Build personalized Coaching programs with scheduling, live video, and session management tools.
**Coaching** on Kajabi lets you curate knowledge and resources into a unique, personalized program for each client. Whether you offer business consulting, nutritional coaching, music instruction, or therapy, the Coaching Product gives you the tools to create and manage a program that fits your business.

## Coaching on Kajabi
With 1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching, you can design a program that meets the needs of your Coaching clients. Meet with your clients as a group or individually for your exclusive consulting program.

Whether you choose to create a 1:1 Coaching Program or a Group Coaching Product, you can use Kajabi's native Coaching Product to set up your agenda items, organize your materials, and manage your client's progress.
Prefer a third-party scheduling tool or live video? Build your Coaching Product with third-party scheduling tools like [Calendly](../../products/coaching/connect-calendly-to-your-coaching-product), [Acuity](../../products/coaching/how-to-connect-acuity-to-your-coaching-product), or Google Calendar and Meeting tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
**Note:** Using Calendly or a custom link for scheduling will make your Coaching Product ineligible for Kajabi's Built-in Live Video. Use the Kajabi Scheduler or manual scheduling if you wish to use Kajabi's built-in live video to meet with your coaching clients.
With the Coaching Product you can meet with your clients virtually with Kajabi's [Built-in Live Video](../../products/coaching/how-to-create-a-live-video-session), through your preferred third-party meeting tool (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet), or meet in a physical location.
If you plan to meet with your client at a physical location, enter your meeting address with Custom Location when creating your Coaching Product on Kajabi.
**Tip:** Send a coaching contract to your clients with an [Automation](../../marketing/automations/automations-overview) to ensure that each client of your Coaching Product acknowledges your agreement such as your pricing, cancellation policies, and any guarantees you may wish to define. ## What clients see
After a customer purchases the Offer connected to your Coaching Product they become a client and can access your Coaching Program information from their Library.

Within your Coaching Product, your clients can access their meeting link, the Session Agenda, any resources you may have included, and their personal notes for the Session.

### **What kind of coaching programs can I offer on Kajabi?**
Kajabi supports both 1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching. You can run exclusive individual programs or cohort-style group sessions — whether you're a business consultant, fitness coach, therapist, music instructor, or any other expertise-based practitioner.
### **Does Kajabi have built-in video for live coaching sessions?**
Yes. Kajabi includes built-in live video so you can meet clients directly inside the platform — no Zoom or third-party tool required. You can also use external tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly, or Acuity if you prefer.
### **How do clients schedule their coaching sessions?**
You have full flexibility. Use the built-in Kajabi Scheduler to let clients book based on your availability, set up manual booking, or connect a third-party scheduling tool like Calendly or Acuity.
### **Can I offer group coaching to multiple clients at once?**
Yes. Group Coaching on Kajabi supports up to 200 participants on video in a live room at once, plus up to 20 breakout rooms with 10 participants each — ideal for workshops, group programs, and cohort-based coaching.
### **Can clients access coaching on mobile?**
Coaching sessions are accessible via mobile web browsers. Note that the coaching feature is not currently available inside the Kajabi mobile app.
### **Can I upload pre-recorded sessions or resources for clients?**
Yes. You can upload recorded sessions and attach resources directly to your coaching product so clients can review materials between sessions.
### **Can I keep notes on each client's progress?**
Yes. Kajabi lets coaches add private notes to each client's coaching session, and clients can add their own notes too — keeping everything organized in one place.
### **Can I sell single sessions as well as packages?**
Yes. You can offer individual coaching sessions or multi-session packages, giving you flexibility to structure pricing at any level.
### **Can I upsell additional coaching after a session is complete?**
Yes. You can configure an upsell that appears after a session is completed, directing clients to a new Offer — making it easy to encourage continued engagement or a program upgrade.
