# Integrate multiple 3rd party calendars with the Kajabi Scheduler

> Merge multiple calendars from Google, Outlook, or Office 365 with Coaching availability to eliminate scheduling conflicts.

You can select which calendars within your integrated 3rd party calendar tools, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Office 365, you wish to merge with your **Coaching availability calendar**.

If you have separate calendars created within the 3rd party calendar tool, such as a work calendar and a personal calendar, you can choose to include the personal calendar in the Kajabi calendar integration. This ensures that Coaching Sessions booked by a client will not interfere with any other events you may already have on your calendar.

<Warning>
  **Important:**
  When you add a 3rd party calendar integration, previously scheduled sessions will not be added to your 3rd party calendar. If you've not yet launched your Coaching Program, set up your calendar integrations first to avoid this issue. If you already have sessions scheduled, you'll need to manually check for and fix any double bookings that occur after integrating calendars.
</Warning>

<Note>
  **Note:**
  Kajabi Scheduler only allows booking up to 3 months in advance.

#### Generate an app-password for Microsoft Outlook

First, you will need to generate an app-password to use specifically for integrating Microsoft through third party integrations:

## Reconnect a calendar

If your login credentials have changed for your third-party calendar, you will need to re-authorize your integration. Kajabi will notify you by email and in your Coaching Settings if you need to reconnect your calendar to Kajabi.

If you do not reconnect your calendar, your events will not sync properly.

1. From the Kajabi Dashboard, navigate to **Products**
2. Select **Coaching**
3. In Coaching, select **Settings**
4. Locate the calendar that requires reconnecting
5. Click **Reconnect**
6. Enter your login credentials for your account to authorize the reconnection

  <iframe src="https://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/cqzttls9jz" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" allowFullScreen className="w-full h-full" />
</div>

<Note>
  **Note:**
  Keep your connected calendar aligned with the availability set in your Coaching Settings. If your settings show availability from 9 AM - 5 PM on weekdays, then you add a "working" or "coaching" event on your connected calendar from 9 AM - 5 PM on weekdays, your coaching clients will be unable to schedule coaching sessions during your "working" or "coaching" event. Adding an event during your set availability will make it appear as though your time slots have been booked.
