# Partner Program overview

The **Kajabi Partner Program** gives content creators, freelancers, and agencies the tools and support to grow their businesses through referrals and commissions. Whether you're recommending Kajabi through your content or building client sites directly, you can customize how you share Kajabi based on your audience, services, or business goals.

## What kind of partner are you?
Kajabi supports two types of partners: **Affiliates** and **Agencies/Freelancers**. Here's how they differ:
### Affiliates
Affiliates share Kajabi with their audiences through content, courses, or social channels. This is a great fit if you're a creator, educator, or influencer who wants to generate passive income by recommending a tool you believe in.
**Best for:**
* YouTubers, podcasters, and bloggers
* Coaches, educators, and course creators
* Influencers with engaged digital communities
**How you earn:**
* Share Kajabi using your referral link
* Earn recurring commissions when someone you refer becomes a paying Kajabi Hero
**What you get:**
* Partner Dashboard to track referrals and commissions
* Promo assets and branded Kajabi campaigns
* Ongoing commission as long as you and your referral remain active
### Service Providers - Agencies and Freelancers
Agencies and freelancers work hands-on with clients to build, launch, and grow their Kajabi sites. This track is ideal if you offer services like web development, digital marketing, funnel strategy, or business coaching.
**Best for:**
* Web developers, funnel builders, brand strategists
* Consultants, instructional designers, and SEO specialists
* Agencies managing multiple Kajabi clients
**How you earn:**
* Refer clients to Kajabi using your unique link
* Earn recurring commissions as clients stay active
* Offer your own paid services (e.g. site builds, coaching, marketing)
**What you get:**
* Partner Dashboard to manage projects and track commissions
* Developer accounts to build and hand off client sites
## Partner commission
The Kajabi Partner Program offers a scalable commission structure based on your impact and engagement. As your referrals grow, so does your earning potential.
### Commission tiers

| **Starter Partner** | 1-4 | One-time bounty per referral | 100% of the referral's first month of subscription payment | Each new active referred Hero |
| **Builder Partner** | 5-24 | Recurring commission | 10% of each subscription payment | All active referred Heroes |
| **Accelerator Partner** | 25-49 | Recurring commission | 15% of each subscription payment | All active referred Heroes |
| **Premium Partner** | 50+ | Recurring commission | 20% of each subscription payment | All active referred Heroes |
**Note:**
The Starter Partner bounty equals 100% of the referral's first month of subscription payment. For referrals on an annual plan, the bounty equals one month of that annual plan's value, not 100% of the full annual subscription. Once a referral has earned a bounty or commission, that referral is not eligible for the other payout type.
#### Bounty payments (Starter tier)
If you're in the Starter Partner tier, you earn a **one-time bounty payment** for each referral who becomes an active Kajabi Hero. The bounty equals 100% of the referral's first month of subscription payment. If the referral is on an annual plan, the bounty equals one month of that annual plan's value, not the full annual amount.

#### Recurring commission (Builder tier and beyond)
Once you reach the Builder tier and beyond, you'll earn a **percentage of every subscription payment** your referred Hero makes, at the rate listed in the table above, for as long as the referral and your partner account remain active.
