# Contact Kajabi Support

> Learn how to start a support conversation and how support works

## Start a conversation

Kajabi offers 2 support channels: **chat** and **email**.

When you start a conversation, usually our AI Agent, Fin, will respond first. Fin can answer questions about Kajabi, help you get access to your account, and assist with billing. If necessary, Fin will loop in a team member to assist.

  **Tip:** When you start a conversation, provide a **detailed description** of what you need help with. It also may be helpful to include a screenshot.

### Chat

1. From the Kajabi dashboard, click your name on the top-right.
2. Click **Contact support**.
3. The conversation widget will open on the help center.
4. Click **Start a conversation**.

  **Notes:**

  * Clicking **Contact support** will authenticate your chat with the Kajabi account you're currently logged into.
  * Not able to see the conversation widget? Make sure you're not blocking cookies or using an ad/script blocker browser extension.
  * In a chat, you can drag/drop or attach images, videos, or files. You can click the <Icon icon="microphone" /> icon to transcribe your voice, if you prefer not to type.
  * In the conversation widget, you can view your chat history, resources, and news from the Kajabi team.

Fin should inform you of an estimated wait time for a team member. If there is a queue, you can see your position in the queue.

Team members will typically handle chats live, so you can expect quick responses after you're connected.

If your conversation is related to certain teams, your chat will not be handled live. Fin or a team member will inform you if this the case. Feel free to step away from the chat and you'll be notified via email when there is a response.

## View conversations

On the **Messages** tab of the conversation widget, you'll find a link to the customer portal. On this portal, you can view conversations you've started with Kajabi Support.

  **Notes:**

  * The customer portal is available for owners and users of active Kajabi accounts.
  * Owners can view all conversations started by owners/users within their account.
  * If you're seeing a message that you're not logged in, then follow the steps to start a chat conversation above. Then, click the customer portal link again.

## When is support available?

Kajabi Support is available **24/7** for general support and billing inquiries.

At times, conversations will need to be handled by specialized teams that have specific availability. This includes:

* **Kajabi Payments**
  * Weekdays: 12am-5:30pm / Weekends: 10:30am-7pm
* **Branded Mobile Apps**
  * Weekdays, 9am-5:30pm

All times above are Pacific Time.
