# Send a screenshot to support

> Capture and share a screenshot with our support team to help troubleshoot issues faster.

## Overview

Our support team may request a screenshot to gain a better understanding of the issues you are experiencing on Kajabi. Use the built-in tools on your device to capture the issue, then share the image with our support team.

## Take a screenshot

Depending on your device, you have different options for taking a screenshot.

### With Windows

Use the Snipping Tool app included by default with Windows.

When you capture a snip, it is automatically copied to the Snipping Tool window where you can make changes, save, and share.

To save a snip from the Snipping Tool window:

1. Select the **Save Snip** button after capturing a snip.
2. Enter a file name, location, and type in the **Save As** box, then select **Save**.

### With Mac

Use the Screenshot app included on macOS.

By default, screenshots save to your desktop with the name "Screen Shot \[date] at \[time].png."

### With an iPhone

To find saved screenshots on your phone:

1. Open **Photos**.
2. Go to **Albums** > **Media Types** > **Screenshots**.

## Share a screenshot with support

After capturing a screenshot, send the image directly through the [chat widget to contact our support team](/articles/resources/support/how-to-contact-kajabi-support).
