# Send a video to support

> Record and share a video with our support team to help troubleshoot issues faster.

## Overview

Our support team may request a video to gain a better understanding of the issues you are experiencing. Use a screen recording tool to capture the issue, then share the recording link or file with our support team.

## Record a video

Use a screen recording tool like [Loom](https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) or [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/features/screen-recorder) to record a video and generate a shareable link.

If you used a screen recording tool like [Loom](https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) or [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/features/screen-recorder), copy and paste your video link into the [support chat widget](/articles/resources/support/how-to-contact-kajabi-support).

### Send a video file

If you recorded a video on your computer and need to share a file, drag and drop the video directly into the [support chat widget](/articles/resources/support/how-to-contact-kajabi-support).
