# Complete Kajabi Payments verification requirements

> Verify Kajabi Payments information and complete the verification process.

## Overview

Kajabi uses Stripe as a payment processor for Kajabi Payments. Stripe added additional requirements for accounts across the Stripe platform including Kajabi Payments. Consequently, Heroes who use Kajabi Payments may need to update their information to meet Stripe's requirements.

## Why you may need to verify Kajabi Payments information

To complete your verification on the [Kajabi Payments Settings page](https://app.kajabi.com/admin/last_site/kajabi_payments):

1. Click the **...** menu
2. Select **View Details** from the dropdown

### What type of information will I need to update?

The information required will depend on your account. You might need to input your physical address, as P.O. Boxes are no longer acceptable. Additionally, you may be asked to provide your full social security number, as initially only the final 4 digits were required. Other possible requirements include your EIN, website link, owner details, or similar. Please follow the steps outlined above to be prompted with the specific information required for your account.

### How is my information secured?

The information you provide in response to this request is input directly to Stripe and used for verification purposes only. Both Kajabi and Stripe take steps to secure your information.
