# Create an Offer
> Build, customize, and share an Offer to begin selling Products on Kajabi.
An **Offer** is the vehicle for packaging, pricing, and delivering your Product(s) to customers on Kajabi. Each Offer combines one or more Products with a price, checkout page, and post-purchase experience so you can start selling right away.
## Create an Offer
First, create an Offer to begin packaging and selling your Product(s) to your customers.
To create an offer with the Offer creation flow:
1. From your Kajabi dashboard, select **Sales**
2. Navigate to **Pricing**
3. Click **+New Offer** to enter the Offer creation flow
4. Once inside the Offer creation flow, enter an **Offer Title** and choose the **Product(s)** to sell with this offer
5. **Price** your offer if you have a [payment provider connected](/articles/sales/kajabi-payments/transactions), or choose to list the offer as free
6. Select **Save and Finish** to complete creating your offer
## Build the Offer with the Offer Editor
After creating an Offer, you can edit it further to design an Offer that best fits your business.
With the Offer Editor you can add Products, adjust your customer's Product Access, customize your post-purchase experience, add Automations, and more.
### Offer Details
With the Offer Editor, add an Internal Title to help you and your team easily identify your Offer, update the public Title for your Offer to communicate the Offer to your customers, and include a Description to display on a page with an Offer card:

Within your Offer Details page you can customize your Offer Description.

**Tip:** Not sure what to call your Offer? Update your title at a later date (before sharing with your audience) in the Offer editor.
### Products in this Offer
During the creation of an Offer, you will be prompted to select a Product to attach to your Offer.
In the Offer Editor you can update your included Products to include additional Product(s), remove Product(s), or replace your connected Product(s):
The flexibility of the Offer allows you to sell individual Product(s) and create Bundled Offers to encourage your customers to get the most out of the value you offer. [Learn more](/articles/sales/offers/how-to-connect-additional-products-to-your-offer)
### Product Access
Adjust the access dates for customers that purchase your Offer:
With the Product Access setting, you can determine the date your customers begin access to your Product(s) and specify the amount of time a customer can maintain access to the Product(s) for a specific Offer. [Learn more](/articles/sales/offers/how-to-give-access-to-your-product-on-a-specific-date)
**Using Offer Limits Together**
You can enable both a quantity limit and a time-based expiration on the same Offer. For example, you might allow up to 15 registrations *or* automatically close the Offer after December 15th, whichever happens first.
### Offer Status
Creating an Offer will automatically publish the Offer and allow potential customers to locate and purchase the Offer through the Offer Checkout Page:
Although the Offer is published, if the Offer link is not shared the Offer will not be easily accessible.
Update the Offer Status to change your Offer from Published to Draft if you wish to customize your Offer behind-the-scenes and ensure that your Offer is inaccessible.
When you are ready to share and display your Offer, update your Offer Status to Published.
Be sure to share the [checkout page link](https://help.kajabi.com/articles/sales/checkout/how-to-copy-your-checkout-page-link) on a page, in an email, or your preferred media to encourage customers to purchase your Offer.
#### Offer Thumbnail
Within your Offer Details page you can customize your Offer Thumbnail Image. Upload an image to display as your Offer Thumbnail.
The Offer Thumbnail will appear in the Offer Checkout Page and if you choose to add an Offers block, the block will display the Offer Thumbnail image.

**Note:** Once you add an offer thumbnail, it can't be removed. However, you can replace it with a different thumbnail.
### Pricing
Within the offer's **Pricing** area page, customize your pricing and payment details. Customizing your Offer Price is a crucial step to setting up your Offer.
The Offer Price will be displayed in the Offer Checkout Page and if you choose to add an Offers or Pricing Block to a page on Kajabi, the Price will display in the block.
The purpose of the Offer is to package and deliver your included Product(s) to your customers. Update the Offer pricing to ensure that your Product(s) are being purchased for the price you intend.

### Purchase flow
The **Purchase flow** area is designed to give you the power to determine how your Product(s) should be packaged, sold, and delivered.
#### Post-purchase
The Post-Purchase settings take your Offer to another level by allowing you to customize the settings and user experience after the Offer has been purchased.
With the Post-Purchase settings:
* Send the customer to a thank you page, landing page, or their Library
* Allow new customers to bypass the account creation page
* Send the customer a post-purchase email

#### Upsells
Upsells let you present additional offers to customers immediately after they complete a purchase. Add them to any offer's purchase flow to increase average order value without interrupting the checkout experience. ### Settings
#### Customize your checkout
Adjust settings shared across offer, popup, and invoicing checkout experiences.
* Choose button color and text
* Modify checkout fields
#### Notifications
Manage communication options for you and your team and customers that have purchased your Offer:
* Send customers to third-party email provider
* Get notified when a purchase has been made
* Send cart abandonment emails if a customer abandons the Offer Checkout page
#### Affiliate Commission

## Customize the Offer Checkout Page
Design your users experience by customizing the Offer Checkout Page after customizing the details of your Offer:
1. Open the **Sales** tab from your Dashboard
2. Click **Pricing**
3. Select the Offer you wish to edit
4. At the top, click **Edit Checkout**

## Add the Offer to a Page
Last but not least, it is time to share your Offer by adding it to your website.
**First, add an Offer Section to your Page:**
1. Open the **Website** tab from your Dashboard
2. Click **Pages** and select the Page you wish to edit
3. Click **customize** to open the Editor
4. In the sidebar, select **Add Section**
5. From the list, select **Offer**
6. Your Offer block will generate at the bottom of the section
7. Click **Save** to keep your changes
**Then, select the Offer you would like to display:**
1. In your Page, hover over the Offer block you want to edit and click **Edit**
2. Navigate to the sidebar and select the dropdown menu under the **Offer** header

## Delete an Offer
Looking to permanently delete your Offer?
### Permanently remove an Offer from the account
1. Open the **Sales** tab
2. Click the **Pricing** tab
3. Select the **Offer** you wish to permanently remove
4. Click **`…`** in the top right corner of the Offer Editor
5. In the drop-down menu, select **Delete** and then confirm that you would like to **Delete Offer**
