> Control how long an Offer is available to be purchased by adding an expiration date.

Adding an **expiration date** to an Offer gives you control over how long the Offer is available to be purchased.

## Add an Offer expiration date

1. Open the **Sales** tab from your Dashboard.
2. Select the **Offer** you wish to limit or [create a new Offer](/articles/sales/offers/create-an-offer).
3. Select the **Pricing** tab.
4. Navigate to the **Limit Offer** section.
5. Select the **Time limit** checkbox.
6. Choose an expiration **Date** and **Time** from the calendar dropdown.
7. Specify the action when the expiration date is reached:
   * **Expired Page**: Lead to the general expiration page with custom copy. (The general expiration page cannot be customized except for your custom copy that can be entered when this option is selected.)
   * **Landing Page**: Lead to a custom landing page. If you want to customize your expiration page, use a custom landing page.

<Note>
  **Note:** Quantity limits and expiration dates can be used together. If both are enabled, the Offer will close as soon as *either* limit is reached. For example, you might allow up to 15 registrations *or* automatically close the Offer after December 15th, whichever happens first.
</Note>

## Redirect expired Offers to a custom landing page

Once your Offer has expired, visitors will be redirected to a separate page when attempting to access the expired Offer.

When setting up your Offer Expiration date, you will also be prompted to choose between a general expiration page with custom copy and a custom Landing Page.

<Note>
  **Note:** If you would like to send visitors who are attempting to access an expired Offer to a custom landing page, you will need to [create and customize a Landing Page](/articles/website/pages/pages-explained) before setting your Expiration Date.
</Note>

1. In the **Limit Offer** card, click the dropdown menu labeled **When date is reached, go to**.
2. From inside the dropdown, you will have the option to choose between the **Expired Page** that Kajabi has provided or a custom **Landing Page**.
3. If selecting Landing Page, you will then be prompted to choose which landing page you would like your customers redirected to in the dropdown labeled **Select a Landing Page**.
4. Once you have made your selection, click **Save** in the top right corner of the page.
