Lesson details

Title

You can edit the lesson title that will be displayed to your customers.

Select module

Choose which module this lesson will live in.

Media

Optionally, you can include video, audio, or an assessment in your lesson.

If you prefer to not have any media, you can click None.

Note:

  • The Assessment feature inside of courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. We recommend you use quizzes inside your courses. Assessments can still be added to pages.

Content

Below the media section, you'll see a text editor. Here you can add written content and screenshots for your lesson.

Comments

You can set the comment visibility for your lesson. There are 3 options:

  • Visible: Customers can view and add comments to your lesson.

  • Hidden: Customers will not be able to view or add comments.

  • Locked: Customers can view existing comments but won't be able to add new comments.

Note: If you wish to disable comments for all lessons, go to Settings in your course and see the Comment Settings section.

Set the status for a lesson

  1. Go to Products > Courses and click on your course.

  2. Open a lesson.

  3. In the Status section, select a status:

    1. Draft: Hidden from customers

    2. Published: Visible to customers

Note: You can't drip or lock lessons. As a workaround, you could create a module with just one lesson, and set the drip or lock status on the module.
