Kajabi can encode and display many common file formats (see the list below).
However, for the most consistent performance, we recommend uploading files in the MP3 format.
Note:
The maximum file size for audio uploads is 4GB. However, we recommend audio files of 2GB or less. If your file size is larger than 4GB, use an audio file compression tool.
For best performance, we recommend you aim to have your audio fall within these guidelines:
MP3 file
AAC (Advanced Audio Codec)
44.1 kHz sample rate
2-channel stereo (not surround)
