Search closed captions as a customer:
Upon logging in, a customer must click on the Product with the Video they want to search.
Then, click the Product Lesson containing the video.
When viewing the Product Lesson video, click the CC button on the lower right side of the player.
Select Search Video and type in the text they would like to search:
How to search as a Kajabi Admin
Search closed captions as a Kajabi Admin:
Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
Then, select the Product containing your Video Lesson.
In the Product, click on the Lesson with the Video you want to search.
Then, click Preview.
When viewing the Product Lesson video, click the CC button on the lower right side of the player.
Select Search Video and type in the text you want to search:
