Note:
Users can view PDFs and play audio files directly in the Community on the web app. Mobile app users will be prompted to download a PDF or audio file first.
Add a file to a Channel post
To upload a PDF, audio, image, or video file to a Channel post:
Click Write post.
Select which Feed to post in.
Then, click the + button
Select your file type (PDF, Audio, Image, or Video).
Choose your file, then click Open to upload it to your post.
When you’re done creating your post, click Post to publish your post:
Delete a file from a Channel post
To delete a file you’ve uploaded to a Channel post:
Click the … ellipsis at the top right corner of your post.
Select Edit.
Click the X icon on the file you’d like to delete.
Then, click Update to repost your post without the deleted file:

To upload a PDF, audio, image, or video file to a Channel post comment:
Click the + button at the lower right corner of the comment field.
Select your file type (PDF, Audio, Image, or Video).
Choose your file, then click Open to upload it to your post.
When you’re done creating your comment, click Send to publish your comment:
Delete a file from a Channel post comment
To delete a file you’ve uploaded to a Channel post comment:
Click the … ellipsis at the top right corner of your comment.
Select Edit.
Click the X icon on the file you’d like to delete.
Then, click Update to repost your comment without the deleted file:
Add a file to a Channel chat message
To upload a PDF, audio, image, or video file to a Channel chat message:
First, enter your desired message text (if applicable).
Click the + button to the right of the message field.
Select your file type (PDF, Audio, Image, or Video).
Choose your file, then click Open to upload it to your message.
Your message will automatically post to the chat:
Note:
A maximum of 6 files can be added to a Channel post, comment, or chat message. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 1 GB.
