Upgrade offers to the Enhanced Kajabi Checkout

Learn how to upgrade your Kajabi offers to use our enhanced checkout experience and customize it to boost your sales.

Overview

Your checkout page is more than just a transaction—it’s the final stop before a conversion.

Upgrading to the Enhanced Checkout lets you access an updated purchase flow, more customization options, and an improved customer experience. This guide walks you through the process of enabling and customizing the new checkout for your offers.


Upgrade Offers Individually

  1. Go to your Kajabi dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Sales and click Offers.

  3. Click the offer you want to upgrade.

  4. At the top of the offer’s page, look for a banner that announces the enhanced checkout is available and click Try it out.


  5. Click Try it out again to confirm.

  6. Customize your checkout page to match your brand and product. Adjust layout, images, and fields as needed.


  7. When you’re ready, click Save.

  8. In the now updated banner, click Activate checkout.


  9. Confirm your upgrade by clicking Activate once more.

  10. Click Edit Checkout to open the builder to fully customize your checkout.

    1. Add or update images, text, testimonials, and more

    2. Use sections and content blocks for flexible layouts

  1. Click Save once you’ve completed your updates

Note:

  • You can return to your legacy checkout by selecting it from your template library in the Offer Settings tab and clicking Activate.

  • Always preview your customized checkout before activating to ensure a professional look.

Important: The upgrade affects only the offer you select; repeat for any other offers as needed.


Upgrade Existing Offers in Bulk

You can upgrade all eligible offers to the Enhanced Checkout at once using the bulk upgrade tool.

With just two steps, you can:

  1. Install the new enhanced checkout on all eligible offers.

  2. Activate the new checkout across those offers to replace your legacy checkouts.

Note: Installing checkout templates in bulk will not replace your legacy checkouts. Your legacy checkout pages will remain active until you activate the new ones, giving you time to review and customize before switching over.

To bulk upgrade:

  1. Go to the Sales tab → Offers

  2. If you have offers still using legacy checkout (and without an enhanced checkout template installed), you’ll see a banner at the top of the page to bulk install checkout templates

  3. Click Install checkout templates to begin the upgrade

    • Your legacy checkout pages will remain active during this step

    • To review, open an offer, go to the Settings tab, and scroll down to Checkout templates. You’ll see the new template in the library. Click Customize to open the builder, preview your enhanced checkout pages, and make any edits

  4. When you’re ready to switch:

    • Option 1: Activate templates individually by clicking Activate on the template in the Checkout templates library for each offer

    • Option 2: Return to Offers, where you’ll see a banner at the top of the page to activate all checkout templates. Click Activate checkout templates

  5. In the confirmation modal, click Activate to replace your legacy checkout pages with the new, enhanced checkout

Note: If an offer originally used legacy checkout, you can revert it by activating the Legacy template in the Checkout templates library. This will replace the enhanced checkout with the original legacy checkout for that offer.

No, upgrading to the Enhanced Checkout does not impact your existing customers or sales data. The new experience is applied only to new purchases after activation.

Yes! Each offer’s checkout can be uniquely customized to match your product, messaging, and branding.

What if I have multiple offers?
