Downloading your Creator Studio clip transcripts and subtitles can strengthen your brand and marketing efforts by providing accessible content with your clips.
For example, you can use your Creator Studio clip to create a marketing video to publish to your YouTube channel and use your downloaded transcripts and subtitles to add captioning, making your content more accessible to all viewers.
With transcripts and subtitles, you have the power to:
Add closed captions to your Kajabi course videos
Download the .srt file from Creator Studio, then upload it to your course video.

View, edit, and download the full transcript and subtitles from your original video
To view, edit, and download:
When creating a project, select Transcript and Subtitle to generate them for your video:
Then, click Create.
After the video has finished processing, open your project.
Select the Transcript thumbnail to preview the transcript:
You can edit the text and select Save to save the edits:
Then, select X to close the page.
Select Download to download the file with your edits:
You can still download the full transcript and subtitles from the Script Editor.
Why can't I see the download full text options?
The option to download the full transcript and subtitles is only available for projects created after July 17, 2023. To download the full transcript and subtitles of videos you created before July 17, 2023, please create a new project using that video.
Download the transcript and subtitles of your highlight clip
To download your transcript and subtitle files from a Creator Studio clip, you will first need to create a new Creator Studio clip.
1. Open the Script Editor
If you have not created a Creator Studio clip, you will first need to create a new clip. Learn more.
2. Select sentences for your highlight video
Open the Script Editor to select sentences for your highlight video.
Then, click Generate clip.
Your video will start processing the Project Exports page. Learn more.
3. Download the transcript and subtitles
After your video finishes processing, you will see the
…menu.Click the
…menu. You will see three options to download your transcript and subtitle files:
Why can't I see the download highlight clip options?
The option to download the transcript and subtitles are only available for auto-highlighted videos created after June 1, 2023, not customized videos or previously created highlight videos.
