Introduction to Offers
To grant access to your Kajabi Community Product, you'll first need to understand Offers on Kajabi.
So, what is an Offer?
An Offer is the price tag and the payment vehicle for your Product. The only way your customers can access your Kajabi Product for the first time is by going through your Offer. Learn more.
With Kajabi, an Offer can either be purchased or granted.
When your Offer for an Access Group is purchased, the customer will be given access to their personal account library. The library will contain all Products they've purchased from your site. From their library, they can access your Kajabi Community Group!

Granting your Access Group Offer is a great way to include your existing customers in your Community without any additional cost to them.
When you create a Kajabi Community Access Group, you are prompted to select "paid" or "free". Your selection automatically generates an Offer in your Kajabi account to help you get started. Learn to create your Kajabi Community Group.
