What if the expert I hired on Kajabi Experts doesn't meet my expectations?

As with any project, there’s no guarantee of everything turning out as expected with your Kajabi Experts marketplace project.

Minimize the chance of a disappointing outcome by setting clear project guidelines up front, providing timely feedback, and promptly submitting any requested assets.

Be sure to also include refund provisions in your agreement with the expert.

If you’re not satisfied with the results of your project, first contact the expert through the Kajabi Experts messaging system to discuss your concerns. Try to identify any possible miscommunication and explain clearly how the work didn’t meet your expectations.

If you and the expert aren’t able to resolve the issue, discuss whether a refund is appropriate. If you both agree that you’re entitled to a refund, the expert can submit a refund request by contacting Kajabi Experts.

If you’re unable to reach a resolution with the expert, you should contact Kajabi Experts.
