What is the AI content assistant?
The AI content assistant in Kajabi leverages the power of AI (artificial intelligence) technology to help you create your content faster.
You can utilize the assistant to help you generate text content on your web pages by inputting a prompt. The assistant will then generate a draft of the requested content, which you can fine-tune to your liking.
In many cases, inputting even a very simple prompt will generate a good quality output (example: “write a headline for a coaching program about wellness”).
To optimize your output when formulating a prompt for the AI assistant, also specify:
- Relevant contextual and background information
- A specific task or command to be executed
- The goal(s) or purpose of the content
- Your desired length and format for the content

Create Website content with AI
To create your Website content using the AI content assistant:
- Open the Website tab from the Dashboard.
- Select the Pages tab.
- Click the Title of the Page to open it in the Page Builder.
- Place your cursor over the Text Block you wish to edit and click Edit
(or create a new Text Block). - Navigate to the Text Editor in the left sidebar.
- Click the Content assistant icon at the top right of the Text Editor.
- Enter your prompt text into the Prompt entry field.
- Click Generate to submit your prompt and create your content.
- If you’re satisfied with your results, click Apply to keep the generated text.
If you’re not satisfied, click Try again to request a different output:
Edit and refine your text content as desired, and click Save.

Create Landing Page content with AI
To create your Landing Page content using the AI content assistant:
- Open the Website tab from the Dashboard.
- Select the Pages tab, then select Landing as your page type.
- Click the Title of the Landing Page to open it in the Page Builder.
- Place your cursor over the Text Block you wish to edit and click Edit
(or create a new Text Block). - Navigate to the Text Editor in the left sidebar.
- Click the Content assistant icon at the top right of the Text Editor.
- Enter your prompt text into the Prompt entry field.
- Click Generate to submit your prompt and create your content.
- If you’re satisfied with your results, click Apply to keep the generated text.
If you’re not satisfied, click Try again to request a different output:
Edit and refine your text content as desired, and click Save.

Create Email content with AI
To create your Email content using the AI content assistant:
- Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
- Click the Title of the Email to open it for editing.
- Then, place your cursor over the Email Content and click Edit content to open the Email Visual Editor.
(Note: if your email opened in the Email Classic Editor, click the “Convert to Visual Editor” button at the top right to switch to the Visual Editor). - Place your cursor over the Text Block you wish to edit and click Edit
(or create a new Text Block). - Navigate to the Text Editor in the left sidebar.
- Click the Content assistant icon at the top right of the Text Editor.
- Enter your prompt text into the Prompt entry field.
- Click Generate to submit your prompt and create your content.
- If you’re satisfied with your results, click Apply to keep the generated text.
If you’re not satisfied, click Try again to request a different output:
Edit and refine your text content as desired, and click Save.
