What Should I Do if My Branded App is Rejected by the App Store or Google Play?

If you receive a rejection notice after you submit your Branded App to the App Store or Google Play, don’t worry! We’re here to help.

The expert team at Kajabi will review your issue and determine what action is needed to correct the problem and create a successful resubmission.

If you added us as an account admin during the intake process, the Kajabi team should also see the rejection notice and reach out to you via email with next steps.

On the form:

  • Choose Branded App Issues as the support category.
  • Enter your email address and a brief summary of your request.
  • Use the “What best describes your request?” dropdown menu to indicate if you’re reporting a rejection from Apple or Google.
  • Then, provide the full rejection information Apple or Google sent you along with any screenshots they included.
  • Click Submit to send your help request:

Your request will be routed to the appropriate support team. We’ll look into the issue and reach out to you with next steps.
