Chat Channels

Channels allow you to segment your customers into more refined groups within your Kajabi Community. Channels can be set up as a feed or a chat to engage and connect with your customers.

With the AI Conversation Starter, you can encourage engagement from your Chat Channel based on previous messages or start a new conversation to kick off your Chat Channel.

How does it work?

The AI Conversation Starter looks at the last ten messages in the Chat Channel and the Channel Description to intelligently draft a response designed to increase engagement among your community members.

Note:
The AI Conversation Starter is only available in your Community Chat Channels.

How to use AI to engage your chat Channel

To use the AI Conversation Starter, you will need to be the owner, admin, or moderator of the Kajabi Community. This is also only available in Chat Channels, not Feed Channels.

To use the AI Conversation Starter:

  • Open the Products tab from your Kajabi Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Community tab.
  • Click Go to Community.
  • Navigate to your Community Chat Channel
  • Click the AI Conversation Starter icon to the right of the chat bar.
  • Customize your suggested response and click Send to share your message with your Chat Channel:
