A Circle in Kajabi Communities allows you to segment your customers into more refined groups. Circles can be a feed or a chat to build engaging interactions, activities, and discussions amongst your customers.
Rearrange your circles
Organize your circles for your Community Members by reordering how they are displayed within your Community. By reordering your circles, you will create a Custom order.
Within your Community Settings, you can create a Custom order for your circles or set to Recent Activity:
- Recent activity: Members will see circles with recent comments and messages first.
- Custom: Members will see circles in the order you define.
Note:
Rearranging your circles will apply to all Community Members. Community Members do not have the ability to change the order in their Community.
To rearrange the order of your circles from your Community Settings:
- Open Products from your Kajabi Dashboard.
- Select Community.
- Click Go to your Community.
- Click Settings.
- Locate the circle you wish to move.
- Drag and drop the circle to your desired location:
- Repeat for all Circles you wish to rearrange.
- Be sure to click Save to keep and apply your changes.
To rearrange the order of your circles in your Community Home:
- Open Products from your Kajabi Dashboard.
- Select Community.
- Click Go to your Community.
- Locate the Circle you wish to move.
- Drag and drop the Circle to your desired location:
- Repeat for all circles you wish to rearrange.
