How to Manage Kajabi Paid Extras and Add-Ons

Kajabi add-ons

Kajabi helps you scale your business with our all-in-one system. However, we know that your business is unique to you and your niche, so your needs may vary. That is why we have developed Kajabi Add-Ons to help you grow your business, but only if you need them.

The following add-ons are currently available:

  • Creator Studio - Repurpose your existing content into 40+ types of marketing content. 
  • Website Widgets - Quickly add a large variety of functionality to your website and landing pages to increase user engagement (no code required)!
  • Branded Mobile App - Create a white-labeled mobile app that is customized to your brand and pre-loaded with your Kajabi courses and community.

Feature limit increase

Need more features, but not enough to upgrade to the next plan? Manage your paid extras and increase (or decrease) your feature limit to fit your business needs. 

If you have hit your feature limit included with your Kajabi subscription, then you will be given the option to increase your limits for individual features:

Note:
The option to increase your limit will appear when you reach 80% of your limit. If you are on a Kickstarter plan, you do not have the option to increase your limit. You must be on a Basic Plan or above to have the ability to increase your feature limit. Your feature limits are determined by your subscription plan and can be viewed in the Plan Usage section of your Subscription tab in Settings.

Your feature limit increase will align with your subscription plan payments:

  • If you have purchased an annual plan, your feature limit increase will be charged on an annual basis.
  • If you have purchased a monthly plan, your feature limit increase will be charged on a monthly basis.
  • However, if you wish to pay on a split cadence (e.g., Base Plan is Annual and your feature limit increase charged monthly), you will need to reach out to Kajabi Support.

After purchasing an increase, your Paid Extras page will display the features you have increased. You can make changes to your purchased feature limits through the same entry point where you purchased - the link will show up as "Edit Increase":

Note:
Decreasing a feature limit is only available if you have not used your increased limit. After using your additional features you will need to contact Kajabi Support if you wish to decrease your limit. Removing a feature limit increase will be treated as a scheduled downgrade and will be removed at the end of the current billing cycle.

How to manage paid extras

To manage your Kajabi Paid Extras:

  • Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
  • Locate your Account Settings.
  • Select Subscription.
  • Click on Manage Paid Extras:

How to manage your feature limit increases

To increase a feature limit:

  • Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
  • Locate your Account Settings.
  • Select Subscription.
  • Click Increase Limit for the feature you wish to increase:

How to upgrade your add-on

Creator Studio

Creator Studio repurposes your existing content into 40+ types of marketing content for your end-to-end marketing funnel, including social media clips, blog posts, emails, landing page copy, and more. You can create unlimited content from 1 project per month for free.

To create more projects, upgrade to Creator Studio Basic or Creator Studio Premium.

Website Widgets

The website widget Free tier allows you to add 1 website widget to 1 page in your Kajabi account free of any extra cost (i.e. if you have multiple sites in your account, you’ll only be able to add a widget to 1 page of 1 site for free). 

Adding more than 1 website widget in your Kajabi account will be subject to an additional cost outside of your base plan fee. Multiple paid tier levels are available for you to choose from so you can pick the add-on plan that best fits your business.

Upgrade your widget tier level any time either inside the widget library.

Branded Mobile App

Branded App is a white-labeled mobile app that is customized to your brand and pre-loaded with your Kajabi courses and community. You will have your very own app(s) on the Apple App Store and Google Play store, all customized with your own branding and content. It is your own app with zero Kajabi branding. 

The Branded App is an add-on to any Kajabi plan. There are two Branded App tiers available: our Basic Course-only plan for $89/mo or a Premium Course + Community plan for $199/mo. Add a Branded App to your plan under the "Branded Mobile App" link in your Kajabi dashboard navigation menu.
