Why am I being asked to verify my Kajabi Payments information?
Kajabi uses Stripe as a payment processor for Kajabi Payments. Stripe recently added additional requirements for accounts across the Stripe platform including Kajabi Payments. Consequently, Heroes who use Kajabi Payments may need to update their information to meet Stripe's new requirements.
In order to continue processing payments and avoid potential payout delays, please review your account to ensure that you have completed any missing required information.

What type of information will I need to update?
The information required will depend on your account. You might need to input your physical address, as P.O. Boxes are no longer acceptable. Additionally, you may be asked to provide your full social security number, as initially only the final 4 digits were required. Other possible requirements include your EIN, website link, owner details, or similar. Please follow the steps outlined above to be prompted with the specific information required for your account.
