Kajabi Customer Success Managers, or CSMs, are trained to ensure Heroes have everything they need to meet their business goals with Kajabi.
Our Customer Success Managers are here to help you optimize the platform to the fullest and give guidance based on your unique businesses. Additionally, the Customer Success team focuses on digging into high-level strategic topics and sharing best practices that align with your unique business needs.

What can I expect during a 1-on-1 Session?
During your 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions with a CSM, the goal is to get to know your business, learn more about your objectives, and work together with you to strategize actionable next steps on Kajabi.

When can I meet with a Customer Success Manager?

We are pleased to offer dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) support to help you maximize your experience with Kajabi. As a California-based company, our CSMs are available to assist you during the following hours:
- 6 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.
By purchasing our CSM add-on service, you acknowledge and understand that our dedicated support will be provided within these specified hours. We are excited to provide CSM support and strategic guidance to help you achieve your goals.
As always, our Support team continues to provide 24/7 email and chat* support to ensure you receive assistance whenever you need it. *Chat support for Basic Plans is limited to 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

While Kajabi Heroes with a Dedicated CSM are free to schedule 1:1 calls as and when they need them, we do ask that you be courteous and reasonable with your call requests and to not take advantage of your CSM so that they can accommodate all Heroes they work with.
We recommend a cadence of one regular monthly call, with additional calls scheduled as needed.
With the above in mind, we do ask that you avoid scheduling a call for every day during a week or month period and no more than 1 call a day.
How do I purchase the Kajabi CSM add-on service?

How do I schedule a meeting with my Customer Success Manager?
Currently, calls will be booked via a Calendly link that the CSM will share with you. Calls will be conducted via Zoom, so please be sure to have downloaded Zoom in order to access your CSM calls.
Calls can be joined via the Zoom link in the Calendar invite or via the link in emailed reminders from Calendly.
Can I access recordings of our meetings?
Yes! We record all calls unless you specifically request that we stop. A link to the recording will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the call.
