The Kajabi Hero Community exists to empower, educate, and connect Heroes with each other and with Kajabi employees - so you can build and grow with confidence. This is a trusted space for accurate Kajabi info, product updates, best practices, and especially Hero wins that help others see what’s possible.
Our mission is to create a positive, supportive, and focused environment where our customers can connect, learn, and grow together. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have also established community guidelines that reflect our core values and goals.

How to access the KHC
Login to your Kajabi account.
From your Dashboard, click your name in the upper right corner.
Select Kajabi Community.
KHC Channels
In the Community sidebar, you'll find several Channels listed that you may post in, each with a unique purpose.
General posts about Kajabi products or topics belong in the Discussions channel. Feel free to introduce yourself - what are you building and where are you in your journey?
We encourage you to share celebrations and Kajabi milestones in the Wins channel, find answers and inspiration in the Resources channel, and share your product feedback, ideas, and bug reports through the linked Kajabi Ideas Portal.
Post often - questions, roadblocks, and victories welcome, but discuss only Kajabi product-related topics within KHC channels. Our primary goal is to foster a space where members can exchange knowledge and insights about Kajabi products. This ensures that the community remains a valuable resource and prevents the group from becoming overwhelmed with unrelated content, making it easier for members to find the information and support they need.

The Kajabi Ideas Portal gives our Heroes the power to influence new feature ideas and product roadmaps. Keeping everything in one place helps our teams understand your ideas, prioritize improvements, and communicate updates more effectively. Plus, by posting in the portal, you’ll automatically receive email notifications as updates occur on posts you’ve created, voted for, or commented on.
We value your feedback and want to make sure it reaches the right product team. By directing your feedback to the portal, we can ensure that your suggestions and concerns are properly reviewed and considered. This organized approach allows us to improve Kajabi products effectively and efficiently.
