Focus on Kajabi Product-Related Discussions Only

This guideline helps prevent the group from becoming overwhelmed with unrelated content, making it easier for members to find the information and support they need.
Provide Product Feedback in Designated Channels
Submit product feedback at ideas.kajabi.com or other pre-designated channels. All other feedback may be removed.
Why?
We value your feedback and want to make sure it reaches the right product team. By directing your product feedback to the designated channels, we can ensure that your suggestions and concerns are properly reviewed and considered. This organized approach allows us to improve Kajabi products effectively and efficiently.
Limit Non-Product Discussions
Non-product discussions (e.g., coaching, business strategy/advice) are allowed only in designated areas or with Kajabi pre-approval. Request pre-approval here.
Why?
While we recognize the importance of discussing business strategies and advice, our community's primary focus is on Kajabi products. Designated areas for non-product discussions help maintain this focus while still providing a space for valuable business insights. Pre-approval ensures that these discussions meet our community standards and are beneficial to members.
No Pitching or Hiring
No pitching, encouraging DMs, mentioning of professional services, hiring posts, or free/paid offers. Only links to a Kajabi Expert Marketplace profile are allowed.
Why?
To maintain a non-commercial and supportive environment, we prohibit any form of pitching or hiring posts. This rule ensures that the community remains free from unsolicited offers and commercial promotions, allowing members to focus on genuine knowledge sharing and support. The exception for Kajabi Expert Marketplace profiles helps connect members with trusted service providers within our ecosystem.
Restrict External Content Links
Do not share non-Kajabi links to content (e.g., YouTube videos, blog posts, etc.).

We want to ensure that the content shared within our community is directly relevant and beneficial to Kajabi users. Restricting external links helps prevent spam and keeps discussions focused on Kajabi-related topics. This guideline ensures that members can trust the information shared within the community.
DMs Only with Prior Consent
No DMs without explicit consent (admins may DM occasionally). Report any violations here.
