Step 1. Add Kajabi as a Google Play account admin

Step 2. Locate your Developers account ID
After adding Kajabi as a Google Play account admin, you will need to locate your Developers account ID.
- Navigate to your Google Play Console homepage.
- Located at the top of your Google Play Console homepage will be your Personal Account ID, this is your Developers account ID:
Step 3. Locate your Payment transaction ID
After you have located your Developers account ID, you will also need to provide us with your Payment transaction ID.
You will need the registration transaction ID for your account and the target account.
- To find the transaction ID, search the target account owner's email inbox for developer registration fee.
However, if you cannot locate the transaction ID email receipt, you can sign into Google Payments.
- With the target account owner's email address, sign in to Google Payments.
- Select Activity from the menu:
- Locate the transaction for your developer account registration in your Activity tab.
- Your Transaction ID will be listed near the bottom of your transaction details:
Step 4. Contact support
After completing the steps above, you will need to reach out to Kajabi at bma.support@kajabi.com to finalize the app transfer.
