On July 10, 2024, Stripe updated their Billing plans and structure, which introduced an adjustment in their subscription fee from 0.5% to 0.7%. As Kajabi Payments is built in partnership with Stripe, we also adjusted our subscription and payment plan fees from 0.5% to 0.7% effective August 14, 2024.
To honor our Heroes who supported Kajabi Payments from the beginning, we are offering a promotional rate of 0.5% to all Heroes who set up Kajabi Payments by August 14, 2024. This promotional rate remained in effect until June 30, 2025, after which the new pricing applies.
