What is the Black Friday Sale on Plan Upgrades?
Kajabi is offering an exclusive promotion that gives our existing Heroes the opportunity to upgrade to their desired plan at a discounted rate.
How long will I receive the discount?
You will enjoy 50% off your upgraded plan and the plan level below it for 6 months from the date of your upgrade. For example, if you are on on Kajabi Basic Monthly and decide to upgrade to Kajabi Pro Monthly, you will receive a discount that equals 50% off the difference between Pro and Growth for 6 months.
Where will this promotion show up? How can I take advantage?
All eligible existing Heroes will see messaging in their Kajabi account dashboard where they can upgrade and claim the discount.
What happens after the 6-month period is over?
After the 6-month period, your subscription will renew at the standard rate for the plan you are on at that time.
Does this promotion apply to new Kajabi subscribers on an active promo (ex: the 50% off for 6 months or 3 for $99)?
No, this promotion is only available to existing Heroes not currently on an active promotion.
What if I am in the middle of my billing cycle, will I receive a prorated charge?
Yes, when you go to upgrade within your Kajabi account to claim this discount, the initial charge will be prorated based on how far you are into your current billing cycle.
Will I be shown a preview of my upcoming charge before confirming my upgrade?
Yes, you will see the expected charge and your savings in the checkout modal before you confirm the upgrade.
Can I downgrade my plan during the promotional period?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan; however, you will lose access to the discounted rate.
What if I cancel my subscription during the promotional period?
If you cancel your subscription during the promotional period, you will lose access to the discounted rate and any remaining promotional benefits.
