The Communities Redesign is a refresh of the Communities Product. It is a simple, clean design that offers a more engaging experience for you and your community members. With the Kajabi Communities redesign you will notice that it is dramatically easier and faster to use with customization options to perfectly reflect your brand.

FAQs
Where can I see the redesign?
The redesign is available on the web only. There have been no updates to the mobile app. However, the redesign is available in the Branded Mobile App.
What does it mean to be in beta and how long will it last?
Beta is a period of time in which the redesign is available to a limited number of users. This period of time is used to evaluate and make decisions about the final product. Please submit any and all feedback that you have to share about the redesign here.
Beta for the Communities Redesign will last until May 2025 at the latest.
How do I opt-in or out of the beta?
If you joined Kajabi after February 15th, 2025, then you automatically have access to the redesign.
All other Heroes will have the option to opt in starting March 10th. Simply head to your Communities Dashboard and you will see the option to “switch now” at the top of your screen:
