Basic Kajabi Plan
Reach out by submitting a request or access Live Chat during business days from 6am-5pm Pacific Time!
Live chat is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan. Please feel free to reach out to us by submitting a request for assistance outside the regular business hours.

How to access live chat from Kajabi
Based on your Kajabi Plan, chat with Live Agents right from your Dashboard:
- Click the Help tab on the bottom left corner of your screen.
Here you can access the Help Center, Live Trainings, contact support via email, or live chat!
- Select Live Chat.
- Click Live Chat again in the bottom right corner of the prompt.
- Choose between Support or Billing in the Select a Department dropdown.
- Enter your initial message in the Message text box field.
- Click Start Chat.
- Ask any question you'd like or simply let us know how we can help:

How to access live chat from the Help Center
Access support directly from the Help Center!
Step 1. Are you logged in?
Reach out to support by first logging in with your Kajabi account.
Already logged in? Skip to step 2.
To sign in:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your Kajabi login credentials.
- Click Sign in once more:
Step 2. Chat with a live agent or submit a request
Based on your Kajabi Plan, access live chat directly from the Help Center:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Live Chat.
- Navigate to the chat bubble.
- Select Support or Billing in the Select a Department dropdown.
- Enter your initial message in the Message text box field.
- Click Start Chat:
If Live Chat is unavailable, submit a request to support:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Contact Us:
