Learn to manually add Members onto your site by granting an Offer during import.

Segment your list to organize and personalize your contacts experience with your brand and business.
To add a new member:
- Open the People tab from your Dashboard.
- Click + Add People.
- Add a single person and select Grant Offer.
- Select the Offer you wish to grant to the contact.
- Select any additional settings that may apply to your imported Member.
- Click Save to keep your changes:
Tip:
Add and Grant an Offer to multiple Members simultaneously by using the Import Multiple People Field.
After adding the contact and creating them as a Member, your new Member(s) will receive login credentials from the Member Welcome Email along with the Offer Grant Confirmation email sent by your site. Learn to edit the automated emails sent by your site.
