The CSV file must look exactly like this in order to be accepted and successfully imported into Kajabi.
Importing your List
- Open the People tab from the Dashboard.
- Click + Add People (or + Import People if you are using the new People tab look).
- Import a single contact or copy & paste your list in the correct format:
Subscribe to marketing emails
Manually importing contacts will add them to your People tab. However, if you wish to send marketing emails to your manually imported contacts, be sure to select Subscribe to marketing emails with contacts that have provided the proper permissions to send marketing emails.
If left unchecked when importing your People, your manually imported list will not receive your marketing emails. Re-import your list and be sure to select Subscribe to marketing emails if this occurs.
Automatic emails sent after import
When importing your users into Kajabi they will either be created as Contacts or as Members.
