Additional customer information like a phone number or address can be collected during the checkout process. This additional information is beneficial if anything needs to be mailed to them or if a call is part of the offer.
To add extra contact information:
- From the Dashboard, open the Products tab.
- Then, select Offers.
- Edit an existing Offer or create a new one.
- Click Edit Checkout.
- Open the Extra Contact Information section in the editor.
- Customize the checkout step and hit save:
Extra Contact Information can be viewed in the People tab.
