Additional customer information like a name, phone number, mailing address, or Tax ID number can be collected during the checkout process. This additional information is beneficial if anything needs to be mailed to the customer or if a call is part of the offer.
Add extra contact information
To require additional contact information in your checkout form:
- Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard.
- Then, click Offers.
- Edit an existing Offer or create a new one.
- Click Edit Checkout.
- Open the Form fields section in the editor.
- Select the checkout fields you wish to include.
- Then, click Save to keep and apply your changes:
