Changing your Customer's start date can be necessary for a variety of reasons. Most commonly, changing your Customer's start date may be helpful for granting access to all the content in a Product that is set to drip for a specific Customer. Learn to change your Customer's start date.
Change your customer's start date
To change the start date:
- Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
- Select All Contacts:
- Then, search the Customer's name or email address.
- Select the Customer you want to change to open their profile.
- Click Open Full Profile:
- Select the Purchases tab in the top menu:
- Then, click More Info next to the Offer you want the change applied to:
- Click on the

icon to open more options. - Select Edit access start date:
- Use the dropdown fields to update the Effective Start Date.
- Then, click Save to keep and apply your changes:
Note:
Changing the Start Date has no affect on the payment structure set up in the Offer.
