Changing your Member's start date can be necessary for a variety of reasons. Most commonly, changing your Member's start date may be helpful for granting access to all the content in a Product that is set to drip for a specific Member. Learn to change your Member's start date.
To change a Member's start date:
- From the Dashboard, open the People tab.
- Then, search the Member's name or email address.
- From there, click on the Member you want to change to open their profile.
- Select the Purchases tab in the top menu.
- Then, click View next to the Offer you want the change applied to.
- To change the date, click on the Start Date to populate a window where you can change the start date.
