The purchase information page is undergoing updates to the interface and will be released in phases to ensure stability and is currently available to Access members
. If your interface differs in appearance, the updates have not been made available to your account yet. Check back at a later time to try the new experience. However, with your current experience you can still revoke Product access from your Members.
Remove a members' access to a Product after they have finished a course, failed to pay, or fail comply with your terms and conditions. Learn how to revoke Product Access below.
Members do not receive a notification after being revoked from a Product. Keep in mind, revoking access for a recurring subscription or multiple payment Offer will not deactivate future payments. Read How to Cancel Your Member's Subscription

Revoke access to a product
Revoking access to a Product removes the Member from your Product(s).
This will allow you to retain your Members' records (i.e., Product Progress), but will not allow them to access the revoked content.
To revoke access:
- Open the People tab.
- Select an existing Member.
- Choose the Purchases tab on their People profile.
- Click View for the Offer you wish to revoke access to.
- Then, select Revoke Access in the top menu or Revoke Product for a specific Product under "Products Included in this Offer":

Deleting an Offer from your Products tab will not revoke access to the Products included with the Offer for your existing Members of that Product.
