How to search as a customer
Search closed captions as a customer:
- Upon logging in, a customer must click on the Product with the Video they want to search.
- Then, click the Product Lesson containing the video.
- When viewing the Product Lesson video, click the CC button on the lower right side of the player.
- Select Search Video and type in the text they would like to search:
How to search as a Kajabi Admin
Search closed captions as a Kajabi Admin:
- Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
- Then, select the Product containing your Video Lesson.
- In the Product, click on the Lesson with the Video you want to search.
- Then, click Preview.
- When viewing the Product Lesson video, click the CC button on the lower right side of the player.
- Select Search Video and type in the text you want to search:
