Defining additional settings in offers

Notifications

Send customers to third-party email provider: This setting allows you to integrate the Offer with a third-party email provider. This way you can send the customer's information to one of your integrated services

Note:
If the Offer is granted instead of purchased, the customer's information will not be sent to your third-party email provider.

Get notified when a purchase has been made: Enable this setting to be notified via email when someone purchases the Offer. Add multiple emails by hitting the tab/enter key after each email.

Send cart abandonment emails: Send customers an email reminder to complete their order. Learn more

Affiliate Commission

Activate Affiliate commissions for this Offer: This setting allows you to set an Affiliate Commission for the offer. This way your Affiliate is credited a specified percentage with Affiliate tracking.

Tip:
Use Automations to set up multiple different after purchase actions like adding a tag, registering to an event, etc.

Edit additional settings for your offer

  • Open the Sales tab from the Dashboard.
  • Click Offers.
  • Edit an existing Offer or create a new one.
  • Open the Settings tab from your Offer Editor.
  • Select the actions you wish to activate.
  • Click Save to apply your changes:

Tip:
Keep in mind, Additional Settings only apply to those customers who purchase an Offer and not to those Granted an Offer
